Our admission office accepts Playgroup, Pre-primary and Primary school applications on a rolling basis year-round, with applications for immediate placement subject to availability.
The following steps comprise the application and enrollment process:

We invite you to join for a school tour from Monday – Friday from 8.00am – 4.00pm and on Saturdays on appointment. These are the best opportunities to experience the Maarifa School environment and have your questions regarding our learning approach answered.
During the school sessions, we will primarily tour the outdoor classroom learning environment, and one indoor classroom.
To start the registration process, a non-refundable fee of Ksh. 5000/= is payable to reserve a class slot.
These follows:
- Filling in the registration form and provide the child’s birth certificate;
- Payment of school fees;
- Where applicable, we schedule visit days for the child. This is an opportunity for your child to take part in the class sessions for 3 – 5 school days before joining. It provides a smooth transition to the new class;
- Invitation to the Termly Parents’ Orientation Meeting.
